In addition to our cocktail program, the bar features a carefully curated selection of bourbon and whiskey, along with a rotating collection of spirits that allow us to highlight both familiar favorites and something new to discover.

While cocktails and whiskey sit at the heart of the program, the goal has always been to create a menu that welcomes everyone at the table. Alongside our cocktail offerings, the bar will feature a thoughtful selection of beer, wine, hard seltzers, and ciders, ensuring there is always something to suit every guest and every occasion.
Our opening cocktail menu is currently being finalized and will feature a mix of classic cocktails and original creations developed specifically for Bay 54. The full menu will be released closer to opening.
